I would definitely have my magazine distributed by Bauer Consumer Media as they distribute my genre of magazines. They distribute pop magazines like "Q", "Mojo" and "Empire".
"IPC" would also be a good distributer because it is the largest distributer so m magazine would be made more available.
Shop wise, my magazine would be sold in places like WHSmith as it is a popular shop and my magazine would do well there.
